PRECAUTIONARY PROCEDURES
As always, your safety is our highest priority so please address any concerns you may have either prior to or after your visit by calling 602-789-8600, or during your appointment by speaking with Kristin or Dr. Smith.
We continue to constantly and meticulously disinfect the office which includes (but not limited to) the waiting area, reception desk, and all treatment areas. Each treatment area is thoroughly cleaned between each patient visit.
Patients are welcome to wear masks in the office, however it is not mandatory for patients or staff to wear masks. We do ask that if you are experiencing cough, shortness of breath, or fever, that you reschedule your appointment.
Patients are welcome to come into the office upon arrival, however a patient may still call 602-789-8600 upon arrival to verify if a room is available to be immediately placed in to avoid the waiting area. We do continue to ask that patients are accompanied in the office by only those necessary to avoid overcrowding of the waiting area.
Our continued goal is to get you in and out of the office as quickly as possible while still providing you our full attention and service that is needed. Thank you for your continued patience and understanding.
