MARCH 2023
CONVENING RESOURCES
Thank you for joining us on Wednesday morning.

The Norwalk ACTS March convening focused on our Data Cornerstone. It was a fantastic opportunity to preview our newly redesigned, soon-to-be-released citywide dashboard, including sections on children, students, and the Norwalk community.

We heard insights on data from different initiatives. Thank you to Ralph Valenzisi, Maria Cloke, Margaret Watt, and Rhea Henry for your thoughtful reflections. During break-out sessions, members discussed how data can inform decision making and ensure shared accountability for the community. Thank you to the following members who were Table Facilitators:
  • Colin Hosten
  • Mary Oster
  • Mary-Kate Locke
  • Marissa Mangone
  • Nehemie Moïse-Young
  • Theresa Argondezzi
  • Daniel Simons

Thank you to everyone for participating. Be sure to watch the recording to hear some great ideas!

It is a collaborative Community Health Needs Assessment for the towns served by Bridgeport Hospital, Danbury Hospital, Greenwich Hospital, Norwalk Hospital, St. Vincent’s Medical Center, and Stamford Hospital.
