Team,
Once again, I want to welcome you to Altium! We are very excited to have all of you as our new teammates. I know this is a time that is filled with a mixture of excitement and anxiety for you, and I want to continue to communicate with you and encourage you to reach out and talk to anyone in Altium leadership if you have questions or concerns about our new organization. I’ve included a list of Altium leaders and phone numbers below.
In our introductory video conference call, I discussed the importance of culture in any company. Our culture at Altium is articulated through our seven Guiding Principles, which communicate our shared values, and they serve as standards for our day-to-day behaviors – as well as our expectations of each other. A “culture” is the sum of the behaviors, beliefs, values, and languages of any group of people – in other words, the characteristics that distinguish one group from another. Our Guiding Principles are designed to be a complete articulation of the key characteristics of the culture we want to create at Altium. We want to build a culture that will help us foster sustainable, long-term value for customers, investors, employees and the communities in which we work.
