Hello Todd,

I hope this newsletter finds you and your family doing well. I'm sure you're like me and everyone else out there and are busy getting ready for Christmas, doing all those last minute things as you prepare for different get-togethers with family and friends.

It is Jodi's and my wish and prayer that you and your family would have a safe, fun, and blessed Christmas and New Year Season! Enjoy this special time of year with all your loved ones.

A couple of quick notes:

1.) The testomonies coming from couples I have worked with are very cool. It is humbling that I am playing a role for God to bring about transformation in individuals' lives and marriages. See one of those testimonies below.

2.) I am still working with about 20 active clients. Any help you could provide by circulating my name would be appreciated. Consider downloading my electronic business card so it is easy to share with anyone you hear of who is getting married or could use some marriage help.

This Month's Featured Book

This month's winner of our free book drawing is Stephen Dueck. Congratulations, Stephen!

The book he will receive is called, "Sexual Intimacy in Marriage."

This is a great book and a very easy read. Don't let the fact that two PhDs and one MD wrote this book scare you off because it wasn't heady or overly intellectual. It was written for anyone to read. I guarantee you I am not heady or intellectual and I learned a lot! 🙂

I recommend this book to pre-married and married couples alike. Even if you have been married for 30, 40 or 50 years, this is a great book to read. It reminds us of things we may be neglecting and gives us new ideas for our sex life!

I am looking for partners who simply want to help or who have a passion for the institution of marriage and would be willing to come along side of me until this ministry can become self sufficient. At my support page you can learn more details, get your questions answered, schedule a one-on-one with me, and make a monthly commitment starting with as little as $5 a month. Marriage Tip #2:

How do I love my spouse better?

God's definition of love is active and others-centered, so when we read "love is kind" (1 Corinthians 13:4), we express a kind and caring attitude toward our spouse. There is a culture of humility in meaningful marriages that is quick to put the other person's needs before our own. A fulfilling marriage first follows Christ's commands. "It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs." (1 Corinthians 13:5). Love looks for ways to love your spouse like God loves.

Find FREE Reading Plans and Devotionals related to 1 Corinthians 13:4 and 5 at the links above. Start one today with your spouse. You will NEVER EVER regret doing it!
