As we continue to monitor the developments of Coronavirus (COVID-19), First Commerce remains prepared to support you if you face financial hardship due to this crisis. Our team members are ready to assist impacted members and provide the right support to address your needs.
 
We have authorized temporary relief programs through April 30th to provide our members with some initial financial assistance. *
 
  • Waive FCCU ATM fees. Also remember our Accel nationwide surcharge-free ATM network – search for locations including which ones accept deposits – along with the option to receive cash back at points of purchase with your debit card and PIN.

  • Waiving fees for call center services such as balance inquiries and transfers.**
 
  •  Waiving penalties on emergency CD withdrawals
