Our Emails & Website Will Be on Vacation This Weekend

Hello Theatre Lovers,

We are so excited to tell you that on Monday, January 22nd we will be launching our NEW WEBSITE! Our current website has served us well over the years but with this being our 40th Anniversary Year we thought it was the perfect time to REFRESH!

PLEASE NOTE: In order to make this all happen for Monday, our current website and our emails will be down from this Friday, January 19th, afternoon, throughout the weekend.  However, our phone lines will be open and monitored all weekend. If you need to reach Theatre Collingwood please call 705-445-2200 and leave a message. Someone will get back to you. Then on Monday, January 22nd visit our new website at www.theatrecollingwood.ca and check out all the work we have been doing. We hope you love it as much as we do!

J.S. Bach's Long Walk In The Snow

Tickets have sold extremely well for this "chamber musical" written by and starring CBC radio's Tom Allen and his cast of incredible musicians. The show is at First Presbyterian Church on Saturday, January 20th at 3pm. Doors open at 2:30pm. If you have not booked your tickets please call the office by Friday morning. This is going to be a wonderful thing to experience this Saturday. While it is cold and snowy outside, you can be warm inside this beautiful church listening to this incredible storyteller and the very long walk in the snow that Bach took before he was the man known as the great composer. Accompanied by world class musicians, you don't want to miss this very special show presented by Theatre Collingwood for one performance only.

Then join me for a fun 6 classes that will help you to better tell your captivating stories. We will meet once a week and have a lot of fun, and maybe learn a technique or two!. If you love a good story like I do, please call the office to sign up for my STORYTELLERS course, running on Wednesdays at 1pm, January 31st-March 13th at the Leisure Time Centre. This course is for mature adults, with lots of life to reflect on and share in stories. No experience is necessary. Come tell your stories or listen to others. We've got a space for you!

Thank you, Everyone! Stay warm and enjoy the winter!
