Our Favorite Tips for all things Feng Shui
from the
International Feng Shui Guild
It’s often human nature to want to find the easy way out – the quick tip – the hack – the simple way of doing something. Life can be complicated enough, without making it harder on ourselves.

The same can be said when applying Feng Shui. We look for ways to make things better – easier – smoother to reach our goals whether love, health, money, fame, knowledge and the rest of the bagua. And it’s always fun for us, at the IFSG, to canvass our members to learn their best tips whether it be career, love, clutter, or even travel. That’s what this issue is all about!

By the way…the easy way out is not always the best way out.
Sometimes, the nuances and complexities of feng shui makes us love this profession even more. Need to dig deeper or can’t quite get to where you want to go? Be sure to check out our consultant directory for either someone who can come to your home or office – or find someone that can work with you virtually. There is never a wrong time to get started.

Search online photo images of clutter, and you might be surprised by what you see. Your first thought might be the pile of papers you can't seem to get through on the kitchen counter. Your version of clutter might be too many clothes or shoes. It might be a mess on the floor and never getting the house picked up. And it can even be living in a hoarder-type lifestyle. The simple answer is that clutter is ANY or ALL of that.

Clutter is anything that keeps you from living your life in a space that comforts, supports, and revitalizes you. Clutter weighs you down and keeps you stuck.

Luckily, many of our members are well versed in what clutter does to you - as well as tips to work through it. We even have two articles to get you going...read them both...

QUICK FENG SHUI TIP

"Roads and motorways are synonymous with rivers and waterways in Feng Shui. Houses, apartment buildings and large trees are synonymous with mountains and hills in urban landscapes. The landform surrounding your home and property significantly impacts how Chi flow is generated inside your home."
