Hot Crab Dip
Ingredients:
8 oz. lump crab meat
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. horseradish
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
3 oz. softened cream cheese
3/4 tsp. hot sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
zest of 1 lemon
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Combine cream cheese and mayonnaise in a bowl. Stir in horseradish, lemon zest, garlic salt, and hot sauce. Fold in cheddar and crab meat. Bake in a small greased casserole dish for 15-20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve with hearty crackers or celery sticks.
