At a time when current studies show that 70% of employers have been impacted by prescription drugs and only 19% feel prepared to deal with prescription drug use, the epidemic is costing businesses in this country billions of dollars annually. Judge Jodi Debbrecht Switalski
Judge Jodi was appointed by the Governor of the State of Michigan to the bench after serving as a Metro-Detroit felony prosecutor with a perfect trial record.

She now practices law focusing on, among other things, medical malpractice and business liabilities pertaining to substance use and abuse.

Judge Jodi has received numerous awards and appointments and has been named best speaker or presented as keynote/plenary speaker at such notable engagements as the International Conference on Opioids at Harvard Medical School, MD Anderson Cancer Hospital in Houston, Texas, the National Association of Drug Court Professionals, the United States Probation Departments, numerous Automotive and Suppliers CEO Council meetings and conferences. She is a frequent guest on television and radio for Fox, NBC and CBS and has been featured in several documentaries including the PBS short, “Invisible Wounds” and the upcoming, “Needles in the Hay.”

Robert Stutman
Formerly “the most famous narc in America” (New York Magazine), made a 25-year career as one of America’s highest profile DEA Special Agents, five of which he worked undercover. As head of DEA’s largest office in the world, New York, Bob became so visible; Pablo Escobar had at one time targeted him for assassination.

He has been featured on numerous national television shows and has been a drug consultant for both CBS and PBS News. He has consulted on several films including Traffic, Training Day, Blow, and American Gangster. His autobiography, “Dead on Delivery” was published by Warner Books and was the basis for the television movie “Mob Justice”.

During his career with the DEA, Bob traveled to 73 countries, and met and discussed the drug issue with First Lady Nancy Reagan and two sitting Presidents; George H.W. Bush, and Bill Clinton. Bob provides presentations throughout the country annually to corporations, medical & dental professionals, schools and parents. Recent presentations include MD Anderson Cancer Hospital and the Florida Medical Association Opioid Summit as co-keynote speaker with Governor Rick Scott.
