FEATURED RECIPE:
Spaghetti with Italian Sausage

Ingredients:

- 1 lb. Italian sausage*
- 1 lb. spaghetti*
- 24 oz. pasta sauce*
- 1 cup mixed vegetables*
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese

Directions:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, crumble and cook the Italian sausage until browned (about 7–8 minutes). Drain excess fat if needed.
- Pour pasta sauce into the skillet with the sausage. Add mixed vegetables and simmer for 10 minutes until veggies are tender and flavors combine.
- Toss the cooked spaghetti with the sausage and sauce mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Top with Parmesan cheese.
