What Goes Up, Must Come Down

Even if you missed helping to put up the Sukkah, you can come help with the breaking down! Get out your destructive energies in a constructive way. Bring gloves and a can-do attitude. Parents -- grab your tween or teen and come join us for the annual event. And if you are reading this closely and you have a daughter, we really encourage you to join in -- you may have seen the listserve exchange noting that only one woman joined the building crew!

And here's a funny joke: What's the day you take the Sukkah down called? Chanukah!
Beginning above and going clockwise:

  • Ushering in the Days of Awe with S'lichot
  • Building the Sukkah
  • Shaking the Lulav and Smelling the Etrog
  • Hearing a story in the Sukkah
  • Listening to Chords of Glory in the Sukkah
  • Learning in the Sukkah with Rosh Chodesh
  • Planting Garlic in the Mishnah Garden
From the Days of Awe through the Days of Joy with
Adat Shalom.
