OUR ANNUAL MEETING HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED
TO SUNDAY, AUGUST 16.
Staying on our Board of Trustees are President Walt Massey, Vice President Don Jones and Member at Large Janet McIntire. Leaving the Board are Secretary Kathy Garcia and Treasurer Mike Rizner. We are grateful for their service to our church family, and but now to move forward we need volunteers to fill their positions.
Our bylaws state that our Board must have a minimum of 4 and
a maximum of 8 members. Kathy has served two full 3 year terms, and to comply with our bylaws, she must cycle off the Board for a minimum of 1 year. She has graciously agreed to work with our new secretary until he or she is comfortable in this important position.
We have been blessed to have Jude Guerard as our bookkeeper, and she is doing a terrific job, but it is imperative that we find a new Treasurer to fill Mike Rizner's capable shoes. Some background in accounting would be helpful, but again, on the job training will be provided.
Please search your hearts, and if you are called to volunteer for Board service, it will be greatly appreciated.
