Delicious Soups from our Mountain Valley View Farm Homemade Soup Shop:
Vegan Black Bean Soup- Vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike will love this soup. Combining corn and tomatoes with black beans, this soup has a simple combination of spices that make it as delightful to smell cooking as it is being eaten. This soup will satisfy people of all ages. We serve our soup by the cup at the market and in larger quantities to enjoy at home.
 Zucchini Pesto Soup- This is a colorful soup full of healthy nutrients. The zucchini is just the right vegetable to be combined with our homemade fresh basil pesto. We get lots of compliments on this one.
Potato Cheese Soup- This is a thick potato soup with a wonderful cheesy flavor. Kids love it!
We sell our soups by the cup or bowl at the Spokane Public Market. We also sell our soups frozen so you can take them home and prepare them easily when you need a quick, satisfying meal.

This Sunday is Easter Sunday and we are celebrating with fresh lemon gelato! Lemon Gelato-A delicious, sweet, and tangy gelato that is simply bursting with the sunny flavor and zest of ripe lemons. Each bite will transport you to paradise! Vanilla Bean Gelato- This simple, yet elegant, gelato embodies the wonderful aroma of the vanilla bean. This classic is sure to delight young and old alike. 
Dark Chocolate Gelato- This creamy dessert will satisfy any chocoholic with its double dose of dark chocolate. Enjoy!
Huckleberry Gelato- Huckleberries are a wonderful Inland Northwest favorite. They are perfectly paired with a classic gelato for a refreshing Northwest treat.
Our gelato is sold by the scoop, bowl, and large containers suitable for your home enjoyment.
Dreyer's soft-serve ice cream is available, as well. Vanilla, Mint Chocolate Chip, Double Dutch Chocolate, and Oreo flavors make for a yummy ice cream cone. We also sell our ice cream by the bowl and we have larger containers to purchase for eating at home or with friends. |

Huckleberry Jam- Huckleberries are one of the Northwest's most cherished fruits. Our huckleberry jam is made from the freshest local huckleberries, hand-picked and lovingly crafted into a truly outstanding jam with a sweet, wild taste that you will never forget. Our huckleberry jam is packed full of berries and we pride ourselves on not using any filler, so you know you are getting that fabulous huckleberry flavor in every bite. Marionberry Jam- Another Northwest fabulous treasure to give away to very special people. It is delicious served over ice cream, pound cake, or plain as dessert. Raspberry Jam- This wonderful jam is packed full of red raspberries and canned with your family in mind. We only use the purest of products in all our jams and jellies. |

Homemade Banana Nut Bread- This banana bread is moist and delicious, made with exactly the right amount of ripe bananas and nuts and packed with flavor. It also freezes well, so be sure to pick up a few extra loaves to keep on hand, and don't forget to buy a few to share with family and friends. We offer it without walnuts, as well.
Homemade Zucchini Bread- Who knew that a vegetable could taste so sweet? Packed with nutritious zucchini, aromatic spices, and a generous dollop of pure vanilla, this bread is a great way to trick picky eaters into eating something healthy. It also freezes well, so you can keep it on hand for unexpected company. We offer this yummy bread with or without walnuts.
Homemade German Sour Cream Twists- Sweet, buttery, and flaky with the comforting taste of a yeast-risen bread, these elegant twisted pastries come from an old family recipe passed down for generations. They make a perfect addition to any breakfast or afternoon tea, and make a fabulous dessert. Our German Twists are baked to a light, golden perfection and dusted with sugar for the ultimate sweet treat.
We are now taking advanced orders for Spring homemade Poteca. Poteca is a rolled yeast-based pastry of European history with a lightly sweet nut filling. Mountain Valley View Farm likes to use walnuts in ours.
