2023 Legislative Session Final Report

The 2023 Legislative Session was a busy one for VNAs of Vermont. There was a lot at stake in the budget along with an unusually high number of significant policy bills that impacted our members and the people they serve.

Today we are releasing our 2023 Legislative Session Final Report, detailing the bills we worked on this year. Because the Legislature is set to return on June 20th to take up vetoed legislation, including the budget, some information is still subject to change.

As always, we will update you on any developments related to the budget, or any other policy issues impacting Vermont's home health and hospice providers.
