Mark McGoldrick
Will Durst

First,  perhaps in the forefront of our minds is election night.
I know where I will be on election night! At  Will Durst's ELECT TO LAUGH. I want to be surrounded by my peeps.

TonightMark McGoldrick, opens  THE GOLDEN HAMMER in Berkeley. We are thrilled to have Mark back on our stage with his stunning show. Join us tonight. There will be a post-performance reception with cake.

Saturday5 PM, I'm going to be an insider in the state of California through the eyes of  Tom Ammiano's MINCING WORDS.

Saturday, 8:30 pm I will be at  Al Letson's SUMMER IN SANCTUARY . A tale of disenfranchised youth and their powerful teacher. The rave reviews are just starting to roll in. Like this one:

"There are many parts of Al Letson's one-man show that are truly moving." . . . "Summer in Sanctuary" provides a spark for dialogue and movement toward change, shedding a hopeful light on reality." -

Upstairs, his first time back in San Francisco with this show in years,  Don Reed opens his megahit,  EAST 14th .

Sunday in SF and Berkeley
When you have young kids, how do you fit in some soul nutrients and take care of the family? Lisa Rothman's DATE NIGHT AT PET EMERGENCY does it. While the adults watch the performance in our SF Mainstage, the kids are upstairs in our studio taking a MYT class. This week it's with the fantastic  Unique Derique.

And with free tickets to all, the final three shows in 2016, Brian Copeland's THE WAITING PERIOD.

And lastly, don't miss octogenarian, Houston Robertson's final Berkeley performance of Victory for the Recycled Virgin.

These are our stories. Our life.

All my best,
Stephanie Weisman
Artistic Director/Founder
