4th of July Extravaganza is Back!
Don't miss this exciting event happening this Sunday, July 4. Enjoy a hometown parade, a pool party, food trucks, live music, and spectacular fireworks. It's all happening in your City of Margate.

Road Closures on Sunday, July 4
In preparation for the event, the following road closures will take effect on Sunday, July 4:
  • 9-11 a.m.: Eastbound lanes of Margate Blvd. from 76 Ave. to State Road 7.
  • 9 a.m.-11 p.m.: Margate Blvd. from the Clock Tower to State Road 7.
  • 7:30-10:30 p.m. State Road 7 from Atlantic Blvd. to Coconut Creek Pkwy.  
Schedule of Services
In observance of Independence Day, all City of Margate administrative offices will be closed on Monday, July 5, 2021, including City Hall and the NW Focal Point Senior Center.

Open to the Public:
• Calypso Cove will be open on Monday, July 5, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Parks are open during regular hours on Monday, July 5.
• There will be no interruption of service to collect garbage, recycling, or bulk/yard waste.
