Need Ethics Training?

Austin Smallwood, SCR VP of Legal and Regulatory Affairs, will be offering his Ethics Class on Tuesday, February 27th at the Association office. The class will begin at 10:00 am.

Following the Ethics Class, Austin will offer his Contracts and Forms class at 1:30 pm, covering all of the SCR forms available to our members.

Habitat for Humanity Grant

Julie Jebaily, President and Keon Aldrich, Past President and HFH Board member presented a $1,000 check to the Greater Florence Habitat for Humanity on January 20, 2023 at the Pee Dee Realtor® Association office. The funds will be used to help provide housing for a family signed up to receive assistance through Habitat for Humanity.

Money donated to Habitat for Humanity is raised by Realtors® throughout South Carolina via South Carolina REALTORS® (SCR) Homeownership: The American Dream license plate sales.

The American Dream license plate and the American Dream Housing Fund was created by SCR in collaboration with the South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles and the South Carolina State Legislature in 2006 to raise money for housing through Realtor® license plate sales.

More than 90 percent of each $100 specialty tag fee is added to the SCR American Dream Housing Fund and distributed directly to organizations like Habitat for Humanity that build affordable housing for low-income families in South Carolina.
