Survive Holiday Back Pain

With the holiday season upon us, many will be spending long hours in the kitchen cooking or hours wrapping up all those holiday gifts. In general, doing a little of this is not a problem, but if you have a history of neck or low back pain, it can cause you to have some increased symptoms. Jingle Jaunt 2016

On December 4th, the Morrison School in Braintree will be hosting it's Sixth Annual Jingle Jaunt to help raise funds to support technology for the students. This marks the 6th year that Blue Hills Sports & Spine has been a flagship sponsor. The course is a fun, scenic 5K around Pond Meadow Park and also has a 1M race for kids (or adults).To register for the event, click here to be taken to racewire.
