Green Valley Country Club Proudly Announces... The Promotion of our New Executive Chef Nicholas Lester Nick Lester joined Green Valley in 2011 as our Chef de Cuisine. Over the past 5 seasons, Nick has been responsible for creating and cooking all of the dishes on our ala carte dinner menus. Nick started off his culinary career in Raleigh NC, ascending the ranks at North Ridge Country Club. Moving to The Doylestown area, he worked at highly rated Zagat restaurants, The Freight house and Knight House. Since being at Green Valley Nick has brought new and fresh ideas and put new spins on Green Valley classics. Nick is supported at home by his lovely wife Ashley and three children Kole (9), Sawyer (7) & McKenna (8mths).
