Greetings from John McCammon

I wish you well as all of us forge ahead each day to deal with the challenges and uncertainty of the Pandemic. I commend all of you, as well as our Neutrals, for transforming into video conference aficionados, seemingly overnight. The magic of remote mediation, and remote arbitration too, allowed you - and us - to continue to serve your clients whose disputes have called out for resolution.

Since the easing of restrictions in June, we have provided services both remotely and in person. I am amazed at how smoothly these cases have played out. Kudos to the Lawyers and the Neutrals alike for embracing remote technologies and for taking the necessary safety precautions when utilizing in-person services.

I am also pleased to report that the Pandemic has not kept us from growing our ranks. Please see below the introduction of our newest Neutrals. They look forward to assisting you and your clients.

We celebrated, remotely, our 25th Anniversary on June 5. On behalf of all of our Neutrals, our Administrative Staff, and myself, I thank you and your clients for trusting us with your cases over these many years.

Going forward, we will continue to be ready to serve you as we navigate with you through these unprecedented times.

Be Safe!
