The 2020 Jewish Family Services (JFS) Community Needs Assessment Survey, conducted between August 10th and 24th, collected information to understand community members’ identities, diversity, needs, participation and satisfaction in various JFS activities. It also served as an opportunity to better understand the unique needs of the community in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. Survey information will be used by Federation and JFS leaders to plan how best to serve members in the Michiana Jewish community moving forward.
