Response to COVID-19
What we're doing to help stop the spread of COVID-19
During these unprecedented times, we know you may have questions in regards to COVID-19 and the precautions Stadler is taking to minimize any disruptions this may cause. We want to share with you all what we are doing to support our employees, clients, vendors and prospective clients. We will keep you updated on any changes to the procedures listed out.

  • We first want to mention that we are still very much open for business. Bexar county considers home building/ construction as an essential business. Our sub-contractors and suppliers are still working and at this time we have not experienced any disruptions to projects currently under construction or in the design phase.
  • The health and safety of our employees, is our top priority so we have asked all office staff to work from home until further notice. Our project managers will still be managing their job sites, while practicing social distancing with sub-contractors.
  • If you call our office and do not get an answer, please leave a voicemail. We will have someone return your call. If it is urgent please send an email or call the party you wish to reach, directly on their cell. We have also listed a few of our employees cell phone numbers below if you need to reach them directly. For any sales calls, please reach out to Dean or Brittany on their cell phones.
  • To limit face-to-face interaction where appropriate, we are prepared with video conferencing. We have all the technology and the team is trained to keep doing business a usual - just virtually!
  • We have recently opened a new model home in Stone Oak. It is a contemporary home at 650 Winding Ravine. The model will be open by appointment only. You may contact Dean Smith to schedule a showing. We have disinfection procedures in place for each showing and will practice social distancing during the meeting.
  • Employees have been instructed to wash their hands frequently, and disinfect areas where objects and surfaces are frequently touched after every guest if possible.
  • Employees not feeling well have been instructed to stay home.
  • We have asked our team members to avoid hand shakes and utilize alternate forms of greetings. You can expect to be greeted by our staff with elbow-to-elbow contact or a wave. We have also asked our team to practice social distancing during any meetings.
  • Starting this week all checks for sub-contractors and vendors will be mailed. We will not be doing weekly check pick up until further notice.
