Our Revolution Hawaii has endorsed my candidacy for a second time. This endorsement matters greatly to me because I share the same values of justice, equality and progressive policy. We share a quest to reform government so that it works more relentlessly towards its highest calling of service

the people,
of
the people and
for
the people.
Here’s what Our Revolution's Endorsement Committee shared with me:
"Through your campaign you have demonstrated that you will be a courageous representative of the people, who willingly and enthusiastically fights for justice and the progressive issues that Our Revolution stands for like the Green New Deal, increased funding for education, living wage and health care for all. Unfortunately, too many elected officials forget that they were elected to represent the needs of the people rather than their corporate funders. We know that you will represent the people of Hawaii very well with your commitment to protect and serve the people, community, and our aina.
We are impressed by your fearlessness to stand up for what is honest and fair over the current prevailing trend. With our legislature heavily influenced by corporate greed, and our world on the verge of climate chaos, we need fearless leaders like you in our legislature, who have the courage to take the hard path for what is just over the easy path of what is popular."
Our Revolution has worked tirelessly to educate voters about issues, get people involved in the political process, and work to organize and elect progressive candidates.
This a tremendous honor for me to have their endorsement.
