Hello Neighbors,

It's full on Summer time in South Florida, and we want you and your family to be safe.  Our partners at Children Services Council of Broward remind you to Look before You Lock!  That means not leaving living things in your car.  Children, pets and even plants.

If you are a lover of nature, visit Biscayne National Park for a treat.  See the link below for all the fun activities and tours.

Our Summer Special says so much about the generosity and caring of our community.  I hope you will join us this Sunday, July 10th.

Details on all of the above are on our website www.neighbors4neighbors.org.

Sincerely,
Lynne Cameron

BACK TO SCHOOL

It seems as soon as school ends, it's time to gear up for the new year! Neighbors 4 Neighbors, in partnership with Children's Services Council of Broward County, and Project Upstart, servicing Miami-Dade Public Schools are working to make sure that all South Florida students go back to school with the supplies they need to start the school year for success.

Last year, the back-to-school drives delivered backpacks and supplies to nearly 6,000 kids. We need your help again for the upcoming school year!

It takes just $35 to supply a student for the entire year! That includes uniforms, shoes, and a backpack filled with supplies.

Neighbors 4 Neighbors is a non-profit organization 501 (c) 3 originally created by CBS4 in 1992 in the aftermath of Hurricane Andrew. As South Florida recovered, CBS4 made a commitment to make Neighbors an integral part of its community service program.  Using the power of television to reach people who want to help and by forging relationships with important community and business leaders, Neighbors has evolved into a valuable resource for individuals and families in our community facing critical needs.
