BethBC 2023 Annual Ministry Report

At Bethlehem Bible College we are pressing on with the work in the midst of one of the hardest years in our history. The war in Gaza has affected every area of our operations, and our staff, families, community, and the whole country of Palestine. But we keep our eyes fixed on Jesus and the good work He has called us to do.

Palestine/ South Africa Solidarity Pilgrimage

Bible Live: Cana of Galilee Wedding Church

At Cana, Jesus begins to embody what Hebrew prophets foretold about a great banquet at the end of time. Isaiah 25 says, there will be a feast for all peoples with rich food and well-aged wines when God will swallow up death forever.

Pray for our students as they submit their final exams next month. A few will be presenting their final projects. May the Lord use them as instruments of growth and change in His Kingdom.

As some of you might know, in Bethlehem we celebrate Easter twice, therefore, it is a long season of celebrations. However, Easter is not a yearly occasion but rather a lifetime of joy and victory over sin and evil. So, despite the current situation, let us continue to celebrate and give thanks for a new life, for peace, and the goodness of God!

Restrictions of the occupation have increased since the war. Very few people are granted permits to enter Jerusalem and celebrate the season of resurrection. Please pray for a time when we all can worship in peace, without fear and restrictions.

During this time of the year, the Shepherd Society (the social arm of Bethlehem Bible College) works hard to reflect the light and love of Jesus to the families in Bethlehem. This month they distributed around 450 food parcels to the needy (check here), and will distribute still another 50 next month. Please pray that our outreach is effective and that the seeds we are planting through this ministry will grow.

On May 21, the Christ at the Checkpoint Conference will take place here at the college. Please pray for our safety and for our voices to be heard worldwide.

You can always support our mission by sharing about us with your friends and family.

Thank You!
