To better understand the needs and aspirations of Union County residents, we have partnered with Stratavize, a renowned consulting firm. Together, we have undertaken a comprehensive data collection initiative, gathering insights through surveys and community group discussions. This initiative is pivotal in shaping our future endeavors, ensuring that our actions are aligned with the community's needs and goals.

The insights we will share are not merely statistics or abstract concepts; they represent the voices and experiences of Union County residents. We continue to see the pattern. Lack of well paying jobs and housing affordability.

Overall, majority of what people want to see from the Union County Foundation is our support for businesses and projects that would bring more jobs in the community.
