Things to think about...

We all have so many e-mails in our inboxes every day. Please consider this when sending e-mails to "[email protected]". Ask yourself, does everyone need to know this or only the people I work closest with and only send to "Who Needs to Know".

Also, in most cases, there is no need to reply to all.

Whenever you are going to be away, please be sure to notify Sonia so that she can direct customers correctly.

Do you change your e-mail message when you will not be checking your emails on a regular basis? It is very easy to do and will really help customers in your absence.

In all your out of office correspondences, it is always a good idea to let them know that someone else can help. For instance, "I am out of the office and will return on Friday. If you need immediate assistance contact Ron Bosse at ......"
