At Marina Coast Water District, we work diligently to provide our customers with reliable wastewater collection services that protect the environment and our community. For example, our crews use this hydro-cleaner truck with high-pressure water and root cutters to clean the inside of sanitary sewer mains. This vehicle is used daily by Operations & Maintenance to provide preventive maintenance for the District’s sewer lines. We continue to focus on preventative maintenance to provide cost-effective and reliable service.

Signup Is Simple and EBP Is Efficient

At MCWD, our Electronic Bill Payment (EBP) is simple and efficient. Save time by no longer writing monthly checks and eliminate the cost of stamps. To signup for our EBP program, simply fill out the online form and return it to MCWD with a blank, voided check. Our Electronic Bill Payment:

• Is available to all customers whose accounts are in current status.

• Is accepted from both checking and savings accounts.

• May be cancelled at any time by notifying us in writing.

• Maintains your current billing cycle.

• Contains no MCWD fee. However, your bank may charge for automatic payments.
