The challenge will run for a total of 30 days, starting February 14th (Happy Valentine's Day to YOU) and running through March 15th. All you have to do is practice 20 times in those 30 days, and you'll earn a beautiful SO logo-emblazoned water bottle.


We will keep track of all your check-ins and post weekly updates and send regular motivational emails to keep you going.


All practices must be at Southern Om. Multiple practices in one day are allowed.
