OneStep Global - An Introduction
OneStep Global is a specialized education management company helping universities and colleges, with in country representation & stakeholder management to drive better performance in India.

We offer a target driven, cost effective and transparent solution to universities who are looking to land or grow in India. Our core offerings remain to maximize return on investments and minimize risks for our partner universities and colleges.
Clients & Team Members
OneStep Global is now associated with 5 universities/ colleges based in UK and Ireland. The year started with having National College of Ireland on board and in the year 2019, we have proudly associated with 4 new institutions-

  1. Nottingham Trent University
  2. Dublin City University
  3. Shannon College of Hotel Management
  4. Cork Institute of Technology

We now have 11 full time team members working for the brand.
Rise & Shine
Our team members have traveled more than 100,000 travel miles to participate in agent events, education roadshows, international school visits, Indian college and university visits, pre-departure sessions, resulting in sharp growth in the student numbers -
NCI had an increase of 34%
DCU had an increase of 72%
CIT had an increase of close to 60%
We have also worked very hard in reducing operating expenses for partner universities across the year, for example, NCI received a reduction of close to 30% from the last year and 50% from 2017. Similar is the case for NTU, their operating expenses being considerably lower now.

Worked very closely with the Education bodies of New Zealand, Ireland and UK.
Partnership with Admitstory - an automated system for evaluating applications for colleges and Universities across the globe
Became a member of ICEF and EAIE in the course of the year
Events & Seminars
OneStep team members participated in domestic and international trade fairs across the year. Some of the major events were EAIE international education seminar in Helsinki, India- NZ academic conclave in Mumbai, Education Ireland events across India and Sri Lanka, Education France events in India etc.

New Office Space
"It always seems impossible until it's done." With the same thought, we moved into a bigger office in January 2019 in the heart of Gurugram, India’s most thriving economic hub. New synergies and new businesses followed lead.

Celebrations
'There is so much to celebrate and be grateful for.' Holi, Eid, Diwali, Christmas - were all celebrated with full fervor. Birthdays and work anniversaries also became part of our fun Friday rituals.
What's in store for 2020?
We enjoyed a successful year for the company in many aspects and 2020 looks bright and welcoming as well. For the upcoming year we are looking forward to work with new Universities and also to keep performing for our existing clients.
OneStep Global is also looking to form an advisory board with stalwarts from the industry who can help us with our strategies and growth.
