You already know the YMCA of Greater Rochester app is a great way to easily check schedules and save your family's key tags, but did you know that there is also a library of hundreds of exercises? 

In the 'Workouts' section of the app you can find a library of more than 1000 exercises. Some will include equipment, but there are plenty without equipment for you to use as inspiration for your next at-home workout. 

Plus, you can track all of your at-home workouts, including just going for a walk, using this section of the app. 

We are releasing new challenges on a regular basis, and when you join a challenge your logged workouts will automatically count!
