Are you passionate about helping children and supporting the people who advocate for them? Capital City CASA is looking for a Volunteer Supervisor to join our mission-driven team in Jefferson City.

In this full-time role, you will support and coach CASA volunteers as they advocate for children who have experienced abuse and neglect. You will help ensure volunteers have the training, guidance, and resources they need to be a powerful voice for the children they serve.

MISSION STATEMENT

It is the mission of Capital City CASA to advocate for the best interests of abused and neglected children and youth in the 19th Judicial Circuit of Missouri, based on the belief that all children are entitled to a safe and permanent home. The mission will be accomplished through screened, trained, and qualified community court appointed volunteers.

VISION STATEMENT

The Capital City CASA Program envisions that all Cole County children have safe, permanent homes free of abuse and neglect. To achieve that vision, Capital City CASA Program will work to ensure that the CASA program is sustained by highly trained CASA volunteers.

VALUE STATEMENT

To provide a consistent experience in a safe environment for children, family members and advocates, providing hope while collaborating with our partners and the broader community.
