Our people and our clients are our priority. We are committed to safeguarding their wellbeing and doing what we can to stop the spread of COVID-19 throughout our communities. We are closely following guidance issued by CDC, WHO and other local, state and federal agencies as it relates to safety protocols and virus prevention tips. We believe now is the right time for our Firm to take additional measures and adjust how we operate in light of this guidance. Therefore, we are shifting to remote business operations. We believe that taking these precautions now is the right thing to do for our employees, our clients, and our community.
With the enhanced risk that has presented itself over the last few days, we have implemented an alternative work arrangement across our Century City and Encino offices. We have approved as many of our people as possible in each office to work remotely. While our offices will remain open for now (we will have small teams in each office) we will have most of our employees working remotely. It will be safer for our people, and we’re doing our part to maximize social distancing. This arrangement will be in place until our environments are deemed safer by public health officials and, of course, we will notify you when we shift back to normal business operations.
Please note that many of our people customarily work remotely and have full and safe access to relevant files and systems outside of the office. If you have an in-person meeting scheduled at one of our offices, one of the accountants involved will reach out to you to discuss arrangements that meet your needs. To minimize exposure for everyone, meetings may be conducted via conference call or web-hosted services. We encourage you to reach out directly if you need to speak urgently about an upcoming meeting.
Regardless of working arrangements, please rest assured that you can expect the same level of service, dedication and responsiveness you’ve always had. We will continue to keep you updated on developments. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to your relationship manager with any questions.
We are all looking forward to the resolution of this public health crisis, and a return to normalcy.
Thank you for your support and wishing you and yours remain safe.
