Colleagues,

We are pleased to share with you the Faculty Diversity Collaborative's first newsletter, Link.

The goal of the Faculty Diversity Collaborative is to promote institutional transformation through sustainable attention to the full spectrum of needs to build, retain, and advance a diverse faculty. The Advance, Engage, and Mentor (AEM) framework guides our efforts for faculty support.

Towards that goal, we will share tools for your own professional development and share ways to engage with our programs. We have reimagined central support for faculty development and diversity and invite you to explore the programs and resources further.

Towards a beloved community,
Senior Vice President for Equity
Vice President for Faculty Development and Diversity
