We hope this newsletter finds you well and that you are navigating through these uncertain times to your best ability. Our shops are still open and we are committed to keeping the inland marine industry going to help keep the world turning (see our "COVID-19 Response" below). Some of our plans have been adjusted (see "IMX Postponed" below), but we still have a slew of things to celebrate, such as new hires and our 50th year in business. Read on to see what we are up to and don't hesitate to reach out. Whether it is an inquiry or just a "hello," we would love to hear from you.
COVID-19 Response
The COVID-19 situation has had a profound affect on our global community and economy. The health and well-being of our employees, clients, and vendors has always been our # 1 priority.

Given the increased threat that COVID-19 poses, ERL and Law Valve have adapted our work schedule so that we can continue to supply our customers with the products and services they need, while keeping our ERL family safe.

In addition to increased sanitation and more frequent hygiene practices, we have split our workforce into three shifts. These shifts do not overlap and team members from each shift do not have contact with team members from other shifts. With increased distancing, we hope to greatly reduce our team’s possible exposure to the virus, without affecting our ability to respond to our customers.

ERL and Law Valve will continue to complete service jobs/requests and make deliveries.

Our team remains available by phone, email, and video conference, should you need assistance in any capacity.

When we all work together and do what is right for our fellow man, history has shown we will prevail.
IMX Postponed; New Dates
The IMX 2020 Show, originally scheduled for May, has been postponed and now has new dates in the fall.

From The Waterways Journal:

"After monitoring the COVID-19 situation over the last several weeks, The Waterways Journal has decided to postpone Inland Marine Expo (IMX). The new dates will be September 29- October 1, 2020 and will still take place at the Dome at America’s Center. The health of our attendees and exhibitors is our first priority. We also feel like this will be in the best interest of the success of the 2020 event."

ERL is proud to join IMX 2020 in St. Louis during the new dates as an attendee and sponsor. The post-party that ERL is sponsoring at Ballpark Village will go on, only on a new date: Wednesday, September 30th. Whether or not there will be an accompanying MLB game is to be determined.

We will keep you updated on post-party details and information on how to attend. In the meantime, be sure to add the Show and post-party to your calendar.

We look forward to seeing everyone at IMX 2020!
