Message from the Principal
Dear SAS Family,
Welcome Back to School!
We are so excited to welcome you back to campus! It has been a wonderful summer preparing for the upcoming school year, but what truly brings our campus to life is your children. We can’t wait to see their smiling faces as they meet their new teacher, reconnect with friends, discover new things in the classroom, and enjoy time on the playground. We have many exciting events coming up!
Family Mass
Please join us for our Family Mass on Sunday, August 10th at 11:00 AM at St. Anthony of Padua. As a Catholic school, sharing in our faith is at the heart of what we do. We hope to see many of you there.
New Family Meeting & Ice Cream Social
On Monday, August 11th, we are excited to welcome our new families at 5:00 PM in the Social Hall for a special meeting. We'll share what makes St. Anthony’s so special and officially welcome you to our school family. Immediately following, at 5:30 PM, all families are invited to our Ice Cream Social! This is a great time for students to meet their new teachers, say hello to friends, and enjoy a sweet treat.
A Few Friendly Reminders
- Please review the updated handbook that is included in this newsletter.
- The Maroa parking lot is for preschool families only.
- All other families should use the main parking lot. The front row closest to the school is a no-parking zone to keep our children safe as they walk to campus.
- Most importantly, please drive slowly and carefully during drop-off and pick-up.
We are filled with hope for a joyful and faith-filled school year. We are blessed with an incredible faculty and staff, supportive families, and most importantly, your amazing children. Thank you for entrusting them to us as we partner with you in their education and growth.
If you ever need anything, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
With hope and gratitude,
Myka Chambers
