Message from the Principal

SAS Family,

The Advent Christmas concerts on Friday and last night were truly beautiful. Your children looked amazing and sang their hearts out for you and for God. I am immensely proud of our sixth graders; they've embraced leadership on our campus and performed remarkably. What touched me the most was witnessing you and their teachers brimming with pride and joy. Your smiles brought warmth to my heart. These first six months have flown by, and I eagerly await our return in January.

I want to express my gratitude for believing in St. Anthony’s and allowing us to be a part of your children’s lives. My heartfelt thanks extend to our exceptional faculty and staff. We are truly blessed to have such dedicated individuals working with your children. I'm looking forward to seeing your children dressed up over the next few days, hopefully getting them into the Christmas spirit. Additionally, I extend an invitation for you to join us for Mass on Friday along with your children. I hope you and your children have a fantastic Christmas surrounded by your families and loved ones.

Finally, I want to leave you with this Christmas prayer.

Jesus, 

That in remembering your birth this Christmas let us guide our thoughts towards the reason for this celebration. Let us feel joy in your presence and thank the Father for such a beautiful gift. Let us bear in mind the reason why you come to the world.

January Hot Lunch

The January hot lunch menu is live. The deadline to order is Friday, January 5th.

• Please use a laptop or desktop to order, not the app.
• Expect a confirmation email from FACTS after your order is placed. If you do not receive one, it means your order did not go through.
• Please contact Mrs. Montes if you have any questions.

School Office Hours

The school office will close at 1:00 on Thursday, December 21st and 12:30 on Friday, December 22nd.

Lost and Found

All unclaimed items, from uniforms to water bottles, will be donated during Christmas Vacation. If your child is missing anything please check the lost and found located by the glass doors by Friday, December 22nd at 12:30. Thank you!

Gift of Scrip

If you would like to contribute to gifts of Scrip for our dedicated St. Anthony staff members and specials teachers, please fill out this form (copies in office as well) and put it with your contribution in an envelope labeled with your family's name. Drop off in the office in an envelope marked “SAS Staff Gifts.”

The gifts will be distributed to each staff member with a card that includes your families' names. Thank you in advance for all that you do.

The deadline to contribute is Wednesday, December 20th by 3:00.

2024-2025 Applications

Applications are open for the 2024-2025 school year. This is for new students only. If you have friends or family who are interested in St. Anthony's School, please contact our registrar, Mrs. Hutchens, at [email protected].

Talent Show

Spelling Bee

The St. Anthony's Spelling Bee is open to 2nd-6th grade students! Please complete the survey if your child is interested.

Students will compete in a written test on January 10th in their classrooms. The winners of this event will move onto the oral spelling bee on January 19th, which will be held in our gym during the school day.

Bi-Annual Hot Lunch Order Form

The last day to submit the bi-annual hot lunch order form is tomorrow December 20th by noon. This is for those who want to place orders for all hot lunches from Jan 9, 2024 until the end of the school year.

December 21st and 22nd

December 21st and 22nd are minimum days. PM Campus Care will not be available on Friday, December 22nd. We wish all of our families a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year

Jan 8th - School Resumes & Minimum Day

Please remember that our first day back after Christmas break, Monday, January 8th is a minimum day. Pick up at 12:30 pm.

Snack Shack Volunteers Needed

We are looking for Snack Shack volunteers for the month of December and beyond. This is a great way to earn parent participation hours.

Yard Duty Volunteers Needed

Bundle up and head to the playground because we need your help! If you are interested in volunteering for yard duty, please sign up! This is a great way to earn parent hours, while getting an inside view of your kids' day at school.
