The Dean's Commentary

O Lord, arise, help us; and deliver us for thy Name's sake.
From our enemies defend us, O Christ;
Graciously behold our afflictions.
With pity behold the sorrows of our hearts;
Mercifully forgive the sins of thy people.
O Lord, arise, help us; and deliver us for thy Name's sake.
From our enemies defend us, O Christ.
Book of Common Prayer, pg. 154

Dear Friends,

The Russian invasion of Ukraine has been on our hearts and minds over the past week. We have specifically prayed for the people of Ukraine during our Sunday worship services. Our Book of Common Prayer, starting on Page 154, has a series of prayers that we can offer daily during times of national strife or crisis.

Services will be held at 6:30 p.m. on each Friday during Lent. All are invited to attend, but please note: the service will be conducted in Spanish, but a handout with an English translation will be provided.
