NFSB has been able to meet increased community demand for our services. For example, in response to new health safety rules NFSB maintained continuity of critical counseling services by implementing tele-therapy. During the statewide shutdown this spring NFSB partnered with the Nutley Public School District to distribute 16,000 meals to children in the community. In fact, food pantry patrons have increased by over 30% in 2020 due to growing food insecurity in Nutley. NFSB met the need thanks to generous community support.
