We all know there's a severe shortage of spay/neuter surgeries for community cats in New York City. So it's essential we make the most out of what we have. The most effective form of TNR is targeting or getting close to all of the cats in an area fixed. This is the best and most efficient way to lower cat populations over time and quickly reduce nuisance complaints. That's why Neighborhood Cats is launching Cats in the 'Hood, a program to provide funding and other needed support for targeted TNR projects.
