PRAYER
Need a Prayer Partner?
Intercessory Prayer Partners are available to pray with you before and after the 10:30am Sunday morning service. Prayer Partners are located in various locations throughout the Front Lobby, Welcome Center, the Auditorium, and The Hub and will welcome the opportunity to talk with you and pray about any needs you may have.

Beginning Sunday, August 7, Pastor Sam will bring a series of messages on "Life Together." We will join together in the auditorium for combined services (no worship services in The Hub) for four weeks as we focus on what it looks like to live life together as a church body. | |
The Golden Heirs Senior Adult Choir enjoy singing the traditional hymns and songs of the 1940's at various assisted living and retirement communities in the Knoxville area. We will begin rehearsal for Golden Heirs Choir on Monday, August 8, from 10:00-11:00am in the auditorium. | |

Fall Equipping Classes begin August 14! For those interested in the Family Track, there has been one slight change. The entire fall semester will be dedicated to talking about marriage. DIVORCECARE
MINISTRY
DivorceCare helps people heal from the pain of divorce or separation. It is a 14-week Christ-centered, video-based ministry designed to reach and help people who have known the loneliness, loss of hope, bitterness and anger, the feelings of rejection and shame, the fears for your future, and the daily exhaustion that comes from divorce. While there is only one DivorceCare class, there will be two groups: in-person and online. Both groups will meet at the same time. Class begins August 10. PARENT PANCAKE BREAKFAST ORIENTATION
The WP Kids Ministry would like to welcome parents of children ages birth – 5th grade to a Parent Orientation Pancake Breakfast! Please make every effort to attend as this is a great time to learn about Kids Ministry and what your child will experience in the new school year. Even if you have a baby, come and learn how WP Kids Ministry will love, care, pray over, and train your child to learn and experience God throughout their time in our ministry. This is also a great opportunity to meet other parents. We look forward to seeing you!

PATHWAYS - ANCIENT PATHS FOR A NEW DAY | |

Join us on a journey through the Old Testament, following pathways of faith that have been traveled by the people of God for countless generations. They have discovered on their journeys that God’s Word is truly alive with fresh insight and understanding for every new day. As we read these daily passages, we will experience that His Word is a “lamp to our feet and a light to our path” (Psalm 119:105) and that truly “the path of the righteous is like the light of the dawn, which shines brighter and brighter until the full day.” (Proverbs 4:18)
The daily readings will be made available monthly for a suggested donation to CedarBrook Outreach of $5. You can pick up the devotionals for August as well as the previous months on Sunday mornings in the Welcome Center, the Front Lobby, or The Hub.

MEDICAL TEAM
Attention physicians, nurses, EMS personnel, or first responders! We are in need of volunteers to minister through the West Park Medical Team. If you are active or retired in any medical field and know CPR and AED procedures, we need you! Team members serve one Sunday a month or less depending on the size of the team. TECH
We have volunteer positions open for people who are slightly technical. The first is to join the Check-in Specialists team, helping guest families as they register their children for Sunday morning. The second is to become a chat moderator, monitoring the livestream of the worship service. Both positions are on a rotation basis, typically serving once a month.
