An Update from us on COVID-19
Greeting Members,

Happy Spring Members! With all of the news surrounding COVID-19 the Executive Board wanted to reach out to you to keep you informed of all of the changes that have been happening around the local office. Every day brings about something new, and we want to make sure you are informed.

ALL COUNCIL BUILDINGS ARE CLOSED
Any and all business that takes place in any building owned by the membership is postponed for the foreseeable future. This includes the Carpenters Training Facility, the Local 322 office and the Regional Council Office. The Pin Dinner and Apprenticeship Graduation Ceremony for April 26, 2020 has been RESCHEDULED. Please check your mail for the event date of October 4, 2020. A new invitation will be sent as we get closer to the date.

JOB SITE QUESTIONS
The local office does not have the authority to shut down a job site. If you have safety concerns, including but not limited to cleanliness, please send those inquiries to [email protected].

UBC GENERAL CONVENTION NOMINATIONS/ELECTIONS
The Executive Board is exploring options for nominations and elections for the General Convention for later this spring. We will keep you informed of our new dates as soon as we set them. Nominations that were previously submitted will need to be resubmitted once the new nominations date has been set and notices have been sent to members.

REGIONAL COUNCIL COMMUNICATIONS

As with many things happening in our lives, we are trying to be as flexible as we can to make sure our membership stays safe and informed. We will stay in communication with you as things change.

In Solidarity,
