During this ever changing and evolving time of COVID-19, the health and security of our team members, customers, and their families is very important to us. As things are changing daily, we want to make sure our customers know the precautions we are taking.
Since our last email update that we sent out at the end of March, we have made more changes to our policy to ensure the safety of our employees and customers:
- All iD Additives employees are set up to work from home. Our team is committed to serving our customers and we can all successfully do that from our homes. Working from home has not slowed down our productivity when it comes to confirming orders, customer service requests, and product trials. All of our employees are set up to Zoom, FaceTime, Skype, and more with our customers to make sure we are helping you during these times. We have also provided all of our employees with masks for their own personal use.
- Our warehouse is still open to ship out product. We have provided all the workers in our warehouse in Aurora, IL & Flint, TX with masks, hand sanitizer, disinfectant for frequently touched surfaces, and promote social distancing within the warehouse. We have a very strict procedure with truck drivers coming to our warehouse to ensure the safety of our employees and the truck drivers.
- No travel for iD Additives employees until further notice. This is for the safety of our employees and customers. All of our employees, especially our Technical Managers are set up on Zoom, FaceTime, Skype, and more to run product trials with our customers and to answer any questions. We are committed to helping our customers during this time and we are happy to set up virtual meetings to help you.
- Our production is running as normal for our products. As of right now, we are shipping our product as normal to our customers and our production has not stopped/slowed down. We are keeping in close contact with our suppliers to make sure we can keep making product and are shipping it on time. Also, our Logistics Manager, Heather Vitullo is making sure to communicate with our customers and carriers to make sure we are following other facilities guidelines for COVID-19 and getting the product delivered on time.
As COVID-19 evolves, so does our policies to keep everyone safe. We will keep everyone updated as things change. Our team can be contacted at anytime with questions or customer service requests during this time.
