Dear RCAW Members & Friends:
We hope that all of you and your employees and loved ones are safe and healthy during this growing crisis. All of what we are going through is unprecedented and we want to help you and your business navigate through all these changes without having to endure the fear, uncertainty and doubt a situation like this can create for businesses and their employees.
The RCAW has implemented a series of measures to ensure the health of our members, customers, associates, staff and communities. These measures include having our staff work remotely at this time. In addition, we have cancelled the Bi-Annual Dinner Meeting and will be holding it virtually at 6:00 PM on April 16th. Rob McKenna will still be with us and speaking on the State of Business in Washington - a topic which is relevant now more than ever. If there are any other changes in events or schedules we will make every effort to keep you informed of this important information in as timely a manner as possible.
As of now the State of Washington as not implemented a "Shelter in Place" order, but in the foresight that they may, we sent a letter to Governor Jay Inslee today requesting that if this does happen that his administration views the roofing industry as an "essential" business so we can keep working.
to read the letter in its entirety. We also encourage each of you to write similar letters on your own letterhead and upload them to
