The Latest on the Clean Heat Standard

The Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP) has released a draft framework of the Clean Heat Standard regulations. They would like to receive any public comment by Dec. 21st. PayLessforOil.com is asking our customers to review and comment on the regulation. We will write more on the subject after the meetings with MassDEP.

You must act now if you want to keep your energy choice. After making public comments on the Clean Heat Standard, please contact your state representatives to let them know you want Bioheat® fuel included in the Clean Heat Standard.
