Welcome... AIRS | EHM | City Steps is happy to announce new additions to our management team! In September we welcomed Lacey Adams as our new Director of Finance, Channon Johnson joined EHM as a Senior Property Manager and Alexandra Glover assumed the role of Director of Youth Housing Services in our City Steps division. Lacey oversees all finance functions for each division and has already proven to be an effective part of the management team. Channon assumed primary responsibility for the management of all AIRS| EHM managed properties including the supervision of our maintenance teams. She's been here a few weeks and has already added significant value to our property management team. Alexandra directs programming and services for Restoration Gardens 1 & 2, and Geraldine Young Family Life Center. This makes her our champion for homeless youth services, a role she's eagerly embraced already spending time getting to know our residents and our partners in the community. Please help us welcome our new team members! We are excited to have them on the team and look forward to continuing the great work we do with them.

Lace up your sneakers... Please join us Saturday, November 9th for our 3rd Annual Charity Basketball Fundraiser for City Steps ™ the youth services division of AIDS Interfaith Residential Services, Inc. (AIRS). This 3-on-3 tournament has four different divisions, that invites young teens up to mature adults to raise money that will benefit the most vulnerable youth throughout the Baltimore region. Sponsored by  PNC  and  AIDS Healthcare Foundation, Inc.,  this tournament challenges local companies, organizations, and individuals to organize their teams and battle it out – basketball style – to raise funds for City Steps. ABOUT US

AIRS provides supportive housing, emphasizing self-sufficiency, for low-income and homeless individuals and families living with and at risk of HIV/AIDS.

EHM is a non-profit Community Housing Development Organization whose mission is to develop, manage and maintain affordable residential properties for low-income people and those with disabilities.

CITY STEPS is a consortium of residential programs serving homeless and unstably house youth ages 18-24 that include case management, life skills and clinical workforce development assistance.
