Some of our families have reported that our website is showing up as a blank or black page. This can usually be fixed quickly by clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.


⚠️ Ski Club families: Registration opens tomorrow. If our site isn’t loading for you, you will not be able to register. We strongly recommend that you test this today and clear your browser now if needed, so you’re ready before registration opens. While you are at it, ensure your child's grade level is set and that your username and password is ready to go!


How to Fix It

Quick Fix (works in most browsers):

  1. Hold down Ctrl + Shift + Delete on your keyboard. Sometimes, poof it's fixed... if not...
  2. Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
  3. Set the time range to All Time (or “Everything”).
  4. Click Clear Data.
  5. Close your browser completely and reopen it.

After Clearing

  • Try opening our website again.
  • Make sure your browser is up to date.
  • If it still doesn’t work, try another browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari).
  • Using a browser you never use before should also help correct this in most cases.
  • If you still have trouble, please reply to this email with your browser type and version so we can assist. We won't be able to assist once registration starts.
