Prompt Engineering Course Begins Oct. 21

Prepare for the future of work by registering for ISDS 3070 Prompt Engineering, to be held in Accelerated Session C, beginning Oct. 21. This one-hour course is about more than just mastering ChatGPT; you will learn about artificial intelligence (AI), large language models (LLMs), and prompt engineering. All majors will benefit from this 100 percent online course. To request enrollment, email Professor Andrew Schwarz. This class will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Did you attend the Expo or Networking Reception? If so, make sure to follow up with the recruiters that you met at those events. It’s important to keep in contact with them, as they can help you land that next job or internship! Our advice is to write a simple thank you e-mail, reminding the person of who you are and where you met them. It doesn’t have to be long, just sincere! A small gesture can make all the difference.
