Hiring Client Service Representative!
As a client service representative You will be responsible for answering the phone, taking payments and questions about billing, entering information into a management system, ordering supplies for the office, appointment setting, and Telemarketing Policy changes, Claims, new quotes, cross selling. (Bonuses come with this task).
Working hours are Monday – Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm; One hour lunch.
Minimum Qualifications
· Computer Knowledge
· Multi-tasker – the ability to start and complete several tasks at once
· Fast learner of new computer programs
· Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat programs
· Team Player – someone who will dive in and help us all meet our goals
· Great Communicator – able to listen, ask questions and solve issues with customers
Payscale – Based on experience
