This year the Fleet is introducing a new holiday tradition with
Winter Paradice. See science in action by taking a glide on our new synthetic ice rink and sip a cocktail rink side during our extended weekend hours. We’ve decked the halls of our exhibition gallery with a sled-full of San Diego-style cheer. You can even get crafty and make your own ornaments in
Winter Paradiceis fun for all ages, so bring the kids, grandparents and/or happy hour gang. They’ll all find something to enjoy in our winter wonderland.
The final film of the Star Wars saga is only weeks away and the Fleet has your opportunity to be among the first to see it. We're throwing a special
pre-screening party at the Fleet, with friendly Stormtroopers, a costume contest and discussions from local scientists about the science of the Star Wars universe. When the time comes, we'll all climb into a private motor coach and head down to the AMC Mission Valley IMAX® theater for this very special screening.
View breathtaking landscapes, meticulously maintained colonial architecture and streets alive with music and dance in the heart of Havana with the Fleet's latest Giant Screen film,
CUBA. The film follows the story of dancers, historical preservationists and marine biologists, all set against the wondrous beauty and culture of the Caribbean island.
Whether you love science or just want to get the family out of the house during the holidays, the Fleet is here to help. We're offering extended holiday hours and keeping our doors open 365 days a year. Explore our exhibition galleries, enjoy
Winter Paradice and take in a Giant Screen film on Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day.
A great way to help others take advantage of the extra hours is to get them a
gift membership. It's the gift that lasts all year!
